AP25N CERMET - PVD COATED Multi-coated TiALN C7 P05-P20, M05-M20, K05-K20 Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron A multi-coated, true Micro grain cermet for turning applications. This all new cermet exhibits extreme toughness while maintaining the relative hardness consistent with conventional cermets. The unique coating is Mitsubishi Carbide's own TiALN based system.
BC8020 CBN - POLYCRYSTALLINE TiAlN   P20 Steel High efficiency Tialn coated cBN grade with increased cutting edge strength and high crater wear resistance. Results are longer tool life in heavy duty or interrupted cutting.
F7030 CVD COVERED CARBIDE     P30, M30 Steel, Stainless Steel F7030 A combination of a tough, special cemented carbide substrate and CVD coated grade for milling of steel.
HTi05T UNCOATED CARBIDE     K01-K05 Cast Iron Wear resistant grade for wiper inserts.
HTi10 UNCOATED CARBIDE   C3 K05-K15, N05-N20 Cast Iron, Non-ferrous Materials, High-temp Alloys Uncoated carbide grade for general purpose turning or milling of aluminum, cast iron, and all non-ferrous materials. Balanced strength and wear resistance characteristics make HTi10 an outstanding grade.

MB730 CBN - POLYCRYSTALLINE     K01-K10, S01-S05 Cast Iron, High-temp Alloys MB730 grade used for high speed machining in continuous and interrupted cutting that uses a metallic binder improving the overall fracture resistance.
MB810 CBN - POLYCRYSTALLINE     H01-H05 Hardened Materials MB810 is for high speed finish cutting of heat treated steel. It possesses high wear resistance and exhibits long tool life during high speed continuous cutting. Large particles of CBN surrounded by Micro grain particles of TiN and Al2O3.' MC5020 CVD COVERED CARBIDE TiCN-Al2O3-Ti Compound   K1 Cast Iron MC5020 is a general purpose milling grade for cast iron milling. It covers a wide range of machining, combining high wear resistance and outstanding fracture resistance.
MC6025 CVD COVERED CARBIDE Al2O3/TiCN   P05-P20 Steel MC6025 provides stable cutting edge strength and wear resistance with a combination of specially engineered substrate, with significantly improved edge toughness, and a highly wear resistant CVD coating. Black super smooth coating surface prevents abnormal damage and weld chipping. Flat Al2O3 for excellent heat resistance. Microscopic TiCN for high wear resistance. Special carbide substrate prevents crack development and provides stable tool life.

MP3025 CERMET - PVD COATED Ti Compound   P20-P30 Steel PVD coated cermet grade for steel. Excellent tool life when machining small diameter workpieces. Due to the improved adhesion strength of the smooth substrate surface, MP3025 gives better tool life than conventional cermet. High quality finishes at low speeds. MP3025 produces better surface finishes at low cutting speeds than competitors PVD cermet grades. Ti-compound PVD coating provides excellent wear and welding resistance. Substrate surface provides excellent adhesion strength for coating layer. Substrate with superior fracture resistance and thermal shock resistance.

UE6020 CVD COVERED CARBIDE MULTILAYER C5-C6 P10-P30 Steel An all-new fracture resistant cemented carbide grade exhibiting high wear resistance for steel turning at a wide range of cutting speeds. UE6020 features smooth layers of fibrous TiCN, micrograin aluminum oxide and TiN for improved surface finishes and consistent performance.
UE6035 CVD COVERED CARBIDE MULTILAYER C5-C6 P25-P45 Steel All new coated cemented carbide for rough and tough turning of steel, stainless steel, castings and forgings. Excellent in heavy interrupted cuts as well as continuous machining at low to moderate speeds.

US7020 CVD COVERED CARBIDE   C5-C6 M05-M25 Stainless Steel An all new coated carbide turning grade ideal for higher speed machining of stainless steel. Able to turn stainless steel at speeds up to 800 SFPM. This grade also features a special edge prep that inhibits edge build-up in gummy materials.
US735 CVD COVERED CARBIDE MULTILAYER C5-C6 M25-M45 Stainless Steel Specially designed for both interrupted and uninterrupted machining of materials that are subject to workhardening, such as stainless steels, where a sharper cutting edge produces more desired results. Suitable for turning carbon steels also.
US905 CVD COVERED CARBIDE TiCN-Al2O3   S01-S05 High-temp Alloys A highly wear resistant grade for finishing high temperature alloys.
UTi20T UNCOATED CARBIDE   C5-C6 P20-P35, M20-M35, K15-K30 Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron Uncoated C5/C6 carbide grade with high edge strength. VP05RT PVD COATED CARBIDE (AlTi)N   S01-S05 High-temp Alloys A highly wear resistant grade for finishing high temperature alloys.
VP10RT PVD COATED CARBIDE PVD   P05-P25, S01-S20 Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, High-temp Alloys A PVD coated cemented carbide grade that exhibits excellent wear resistance especially at high surface speeds when machining difficult-to-cut materials.

VP15TF PVD COATED CARBIDE MIRACLE AlTiN C5-C6 C1-C2 P15-P35, M15-M35, K15-K35 Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron Comparing to conventional coating technology, the VP (MIRACLE) coating features (Al,Ti)N coating which highly increases heat resistance and adhesion strength. Due to the oxidizing of aluminum during cutting, a protective film of aluminum oxide is formed on the surface which improves heat resistance. The VP (MIRACLE) coating is formed by arc ion-plating method that excels in adhesion strength.
VP25N CERMET - PVD COATED (AlTi)N   P05-P20, M05-M20, K05-K20 Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron A coated cermet grade for finishing applications.
